McCarthy needs to be held accountable in this game.
The offensive game plan was questionable after the first drive.
I didn't like the first challenge...when McCarthy found out that there could be no challenge of change of possession, you don't challenge a 15 yard catch. That missed challenged prevented us from challenging the spot on Grant's run late.
