Don't forget that Detroit is up 13 on Dallas. Pack could be right back in the hunt for home field advantage.

    • That call wasn't as clear as you think. True, his knee never touched the ground, But, had the ball not already been loose it could have easily been rendered "down by contact" because his knee looks like it could be skimming the ground. I could have seen them saying the replay was inconclusive and upholding the down by contact ruling.

Will Blackmon is now a lock for Special Teams Player of the Week. 2 TD's today. Welcome back, Big Willy style.

Never underestimate the ability of the Lions to blow a football game
Teamwork is what the Green Bay Packers were all about. They didn't do it for individual glory. They did it because they loved one another.

              • Other than that TD drive, I like the more aggressive calls by Sanders today. I see a lot more blitzing, I think they even sent a safety once....

On the blitz where Barnett got to McNown (3rd down a couple of drives ago), they sent both Bigby and Barnett. Bigby was the first man in and he was sent to engage the blocker so Barnett could come in clean, which he did.

I'll tell him...."Hey Brett...sit down and don't get injured...I'm a fan. Fans pay money to watch you play....which pays your salary. Sit down and take us to the Super Bowl."

                              • A somewhat less successful punt than the first.
