When you've locked the division, got home field, got the bye, are ahead by 3 scores, only minutes left in the game, there's no need to leave your starting QB in the game.

Hell, our QB was in the game when we were up 24 late in the 4th. I've seen Favre in to take the last snaps of blowouts as well.
