i thought the bear's d was pretty good considering it was on the field nearly 2/3rds of the time. that offense is horrible. 3-and-outs were a major player tonight.
I was actually rooting for the Bears yesterday. The Vikings would be a very hard team to beat in bad weather. They can stop the run and they can run the football. Not a good combination for their opponent.
The funny thing about the Bears is that they're a running team that can't run the ball very well, and they don't have a QB. Plus their defense isn't getting any younger.
Don't worry, Mrs. Howell wants to get a good look at Orton.
If I didnt hate the Bears so much, I might actually feel bad for them. Jim Miller is the best QB they've had in the last 20 years.
The highlight of last nights game is when Cornheiser was looking at the list of QB's in Chicago's history since the "bad boy" in '85, and one of the first names was Will Furrerr (something like that, don't know him either) and he said, Will Ferrell? Did I see Will Ferrell on that list? I laughed my ass off. I know Bear's fans had to be PISSED at the broadcasters last night, they were relentless!!
"...one thing about me during the course of a game, I get emotional and say things my grandmother lets me know about later. But nobody wants to win on that field anymore than I do, no one." Brett Favre
