Some of the facts may be outdated, but i'm no researcher

    ###############################

In September ’03 the Chicago Bears moved to a new stadium, and along with it came some new stadium firsts:

1st touchdown ever in new Soldier Field - Green Bay Packers

1st field goal ever in new Soldier Field - Green Bay Packers

1st sack ever in new Soldier Field - Green Bay Packers

1st blocked punt ever in new Soldier Field - Green Bay Packers

1st 100-yard rusher ever in new Soldier Field - Ahman Green, Green Bay
    Packers

1st Bears interception ever in new Soldier Field - Green Bay Packers

Most touchdowns ever thrown in new Soldier Field - Three.

Record held by Brett Favre, Green Bay Packers

Most rushing yards ever in a game in new Soldier Field - 176 yards.

Record held by Ahman Green, Green Bay Packers

Most rushing touchdowns in a game in new Soldier Field - Two.

Record held by Ahman Green, Green Bay Packers

More Bears trivia that most Bears fans do not know

What quarterback holds the following records in "old" Soldier Field?

    1. Most passing yards

    2. Most completions

    3. Most starts

    4. Most touchdowns - 47

It's a Bears quarterback right? After all, they play 8 home games there a
    year, right?

Is it the famous Jim McMahon? Erik Kramer? Cade McNown? How about Bob
    Avelini?

No, Bears fans, it can only be the greatest quarterback to ever set foot in
Soldier Field - new or old.

You know who it is, right? Give up? Let me give you a hint . . .

He wears No. 4 for the Green Bay Packers!

All 4 Records held by our beloved Brett Favre

    Go Pack!!!

If I'm a Bears fan I've gotta shake my head in disgust that an opposing QB basically owns your field.....

Good thing I'm not a Bears fan.

I read today in the milw. urnial that favre has thrown 25 tds at solider field

Kramer (38) McMahon (36) and Harbaugh (28) have thrown more.

#4s stats at soldier field are mighty impressive.must just sicken bears fans.

most starts seems wrong also. favre has what 17 starts at soldier. maybe those are opposing qb stats.
Think I'll roll another number for the road.
I HATE everything about the Minnesota Vikings

The touchdown stat was for "new" soldier field. Kramer, McMahon and Harbaugh played before the reconstruction. When you think of how many starts Favre has had in soldier field, compare that to how many Bear QB's have started since Favre took over in Green Bay. What is is? 21? 25? Therefore that stat is entirely possible.

The thing that I see is the Packers and Bears respect each other.

They get up and bring their best play. Urlacher and Favre shake hands.

Bear fans do not bad mouth Brett.

The ill mannered purple slime is always talking stupid stuff like "you may have swept us 2 years in a row but we have a better team." "Old geezer Brett Favre must be on steroids to do what he does at his age." and the ever popular pregame "We are going to send him running for painkillers again." Brett hasn't done painkillers since 1995 and no one asks anymore. He went with the broken thumb without pain medication.

I don't speak evil of the Bears. I view the rivalry as a healthy one and the purple as an unhealthy rivalry.

Sorry dude. As far as Packer rivalries go, the Vikings are a side show. The Bears are the main event.

                        I'll second that.

                          And I third that.
The Bears are the true hated enemy; the Vikings are a mere nuisance.

Sorry guys. I will always respect the longest rivalry in NFL history between the Packers and the Bears.

That said, I always have, and always will, take more pride in a Packer win over the Vikings than a Packer win over the Bears. We Packer fans who grew up in Western Wisconsin have stronger feelings against the Vikings than we do against the Bears.
