I think today Brett Favre will return to his vintage form with 4 TDs. Yes, I said that. 4 TDs. Two of which on broken plays

I hope for good weather tomorrow; I've always felt bad conditions benefits the team with less talent and can be the great equalizer.
TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

Awesome vids in that lot. What a season so far! And to think, this time last year we were 6-8 and what we thought was no shot at the playoffs.

Here we are, 52 weeks later and we have a first round bye at very worst.

Thank you TT, M3 all players and staff. You are all amazing.

I don't see how the Bears can win IF the Packers hold on to the ball today. I'm sure that's been beaten into the Packers' head given the weather and the results of the last meeting between these two teams.

I think Ryan Grant will have a great opportunity to have a big day today. It'd be nice to have a bruiser come in to spell him, because that's the type of runner that can be most effective against the Bears and in the type of weather that's predicted for this game.

Weather Report for Chicago today: Cloudy with rain and snow this morning. A snow shower or two in the afternoon - otherwise mostly cloudy and windy. Morning high of 34F with temps falling to near 20F. Winds WSW at 25 - 35 mph. Winds could occassionally gust to over 50 mph.

I'd say this plays into our game better than the Bears game.

We have the stronger armed QB, the better short passing attack, and the stronger running attack.

While Orton has a good arm, their passing game is very average (14th) and their running game is the worst in the league.

I'm assuming that McCarthy will keep Pickett on the sidelines this week as a precaution if nothing else. That should give us all a great opportunity to get a good look at Harrell. Here's hoping he holds up well in the trenches.

Nice post Vince. I pretty much agree with your points. Last week Chicago sold out against the run and was pretty effective...I don't think they can do that this week without getting destroyed.

Maybe we'll give you one more chance at an "Anti Packer" game day thread!!! Tonight's matchup...all of us will be cheering on the Skins! That way, when they play against Dallas next week they'll still have something to play for!!

I know I know...we should never look past the Bears, but I feel more comfortable that we are playing them on their turf and not ours!

Here in WI we have 40 mph winds and wind driven snow. Holding on to the ball will be key today along with being able to run the ball. I'd be surprised to see a blowout strictly based on the weather conditions. Pack 20 Bears 13

It's not snowing in Chicago though.

I don't think I'll be driving up to Eagle River this afternoon. Expecting a foot of snow up there.

It is suppose to snow in Chicago today. In Mercer, we are expecting close to 2 feet once the lake effect machine kicks in.

I just checked weather.com. They say it's snowing and as gusty as the winds are right now in Greebay (I know, I'm looking outside right now), they are worse in chicago.

I agree with bulldog. It's going to be low scoring with turnovers being the only real key to the game.
