  • Tough game. It's not the end of the world if we lose (which I think we will at this point).

If they drop this, just get healthy (esspecially on the Dline) and get ready to go to Dallas.

    • They just said Brett said he would be lucky to complete 5 pases all day put in another QB we have all seen Brett do this to him self before Dallas is a perfect example he talks himself right out off playing good. He is our best QB but not when he talks like that

      • dALLAS IS SCTUALLY BETTER SUITED TO DO THIS THAN THE bEARS ARE. bARBER IS WAY BETTER THAN pETERSON, THEIR oLINE IS MUCH BETTER AND SO ARE THEIR wR'S AND qb.

It looks to me that Favre is psyched out by the weather. He's spending all his time trying to stay warm.
Rodgers is hurt. Of course Favre is spending time trying to stay warm, he's been on the sideline almost the whole time!

We need to just pound Grant down their throats.

          • Pickett doesn't play many third downs except short yardage and the Bears are 4-10 on third down

And the 3rd down conversion rate is ? when they run

They ran the ball down our throats to milk out almost the whole first quarter.
            They really miss Pickett

                • We probably would do better in a warmer climate, sorry to say. We are now a finesse team.

                  • This game has turned on field position mainly. We haven't had a decent drive on O and the blocking on punts has been horrible twice.

Ryan had the drop, his bad. Twice he had little time and no room.

22 minutes of possession for a lousy Bears offense
Williams and Harrell were blown up way too many times in the first half

                      • Jolly and Pickett were a big part of the success of our Dline in the beginning of the year. When Jolly went down in the Carolina game, it's been a different defense.

Hopefully they find a way to stop the run without Jolly, but I don't think we have enough DT's ready to play right now. It's a weak link, no doubt.

                        • Not to be Pollyanna here...but the Packers are only down 6. Lucky to be down by only 6....but still only down 6. Don't panic yet.
Teamwork is what the Green Bay Packers were all about. They didn't do it for individual glory. They did it because they loved one another.

Without Jolly we only have one run stopping DT. Our Oline is all finesse. Grant has a couple big runs, but it's not consistant enough to keep our defense off the field.

This is the exact type of game we cannot win. I'd almost rather play in Dallas than play Dallas in these conditions.

Come on; are you saying the conditions in Lambeau when we play Dallas will be equivalent to today ?

IF not, then losing today is NOT a blessing

                              I agree.

This is another learning experience for M3 and the young guys. They need to learn how to deal with situations like this.

I am also starting to wonder if things would be different if Dallas had lost yesterday. Its possible the idea of conceding homefield to the Cowboys is starting to creep into their minds.

If the Packers defense wants to get back into this they need to be more alert on passes, there have been a lot of tipped and deflected balls by the Bears receivers today.
