I heard a story on NPR about them...sold EVERYTHING to do this. Convinced his wife his life would not be complete if he did not do it I think.

I emailed the guy this weekend before the Seachicken game. Invited him to be come a fellow rat. Informed him of our "worldwide" member base, so maybe he'll join up. We'll see.

Must have one heck of a wife, because very few would be that brave to leave everything behind to follow a sports dream like that!
