Just had a non PR, PC prob, so I PM Pepe the Admin (commonly known as Madtownpacker).

He PMs me back in record time with the solution. best part is, it worked.

Not sure if any other Packer sites offer this service, but this is the 3rd time I've been helped. In breakneck speed.
