9:44 p.m.-City of Chetek - Darn Republican Street.
anonymous caller advised some subjects in the area are building a penis out of snow in the road. 9:58 p.m., officer advised he spoke to the caller and found what was the penis and it is no more. All the kids have left and he is clear of the scene.
