  • Hands Only CPR now recommended

The American Heart Association now recommends hands only CPR instead of the standard CPR using both hands for chest compression and mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. The association claims the chest compression technique yields the same results as the traditional method.

This is comforting to me. If at the PackerRats game, Nutz or Skin Basket went into cardiac arrest, I would not have to go anywhere near their mouths! You don't know where their mouths have been!
