My psychology instructor told me that professors and guys who look at pornography have troubled marriages. Professors look at 20 yr old women all day and then go home to their naturally aged wife and just don't have the attraction. Same thing with porn.


I decided my marriage was more important than youporn. I havn't looked at porn in three days (monday morning before psych was my last day).

It's tough. It's really tough. I do have world of warcraft. There is a girl on there who sounds hot. Sometimes that does the trick. She logs on at 8:00PM. She's an asian girl from Japan that speaks english. I purposely find her every night.

Trust me, porn helps far more marriages than it hurts. It's one of the best things there is for those "naturally aging" wives you described. Can you say I-M-A-G-I-N-A-T-I-O-N ?

Just close your eyes, and that "naturally aged" 50s/40s/30s whatever she may be, becomes whatever today's special was on RedTube or wherever you get your ...... material. And you believed him? That was dumb.

Only assholes blame porn for troubled marriages - unless it's bestiality, gay porn, or kiddie porn. When you consider the link between porn and troubled relationships, isn't it more likely that the water flows the other direction? That people in troubled, sexless marriages are going to turn to porn to fill their sexual appetite? Of course, it's much easier to claim porn ruined your marriage than to admit your marriage is a sham and you look at porn as an escape instead of for recreational purposes.

You could watch butchers murder pigs all day and as long as you and your spouse can communicate about it, your marriage will be fine. And guess what? women like porn too, they've only been socially conditioned to say, "Eww. Gross!" Watching youporn together is a much better solution than not watching it at all.

I find that youporn is really good if you look for the truly fucked up shit, or the funny embarrassing shit, like a guy pulling out and the chick farts. That is just awesome, or the drunk chick at the party who starts going down on her boyfriend in front of everyone, thats priceless stuff you ain't gonna find at a porn shop.

It's been 3 days since I looked at porn too, but when you have a family it's not something you find the time to do everyday. Unlike when you are single.

I can see how your professor is right. If a guy is going to strip clubs and looking at porn and the wife doesn't know about it, then it can cause a problem. Even if the wife doesn't "know" about it I think most women assume their husbands do it. If the wife knows about it and doesn't care or participates then it shouldn't cause the marriage any problems.

Are you going to make this some kind of porn abstinence streak? Mine has only been 3 days...lets see how long that last.
