I just switched to a LCD monitor today after my CRT died on me after 8 years... I cannot look at the screen longer than 20 minutes because it hurts my eyes and I start to get headaches...
I tried adjusting the brightness and resolutions and stuff but I don't know if its because its new or do all LCD monitors do this???
I'm thinking about returning it and trying to find another CRT monitor but I don't know if going through all the hassle is worth it...
Question for those computer savvy people : Why is it hard to find CRT monitors in stores now a days when they still have better refresh rates then LCD monitors... I don't get the logic behind "LCD's are better" yet they have less refresh rates which I think is the problem in my case... I think I am to use to such a smooth monitor, and switching to this LCD (with lower resfresh rates) is making my head/eyes go crazy...
