Firefox3 RC3 is available for download. Been using it most of the day. Updated buttons is the only thing I've noticed so far. That and some of my plugins dont work with it.

This version is not an RC.

This was the "spread the fox" day (or something like that) where they tried to set a record for most downloads in a day.

Besides the obvious differences one thing I've noticed is that it finally displays "Alt-text" all at once instead of on one line with an ellipsis.

It is far faster. Evidently the javascript support is supposed to get much better with this and safari?

                      It is faster, definitely.

The home, refresh, and stop buttons are smaller so that may annoy some wackos that are annoyed by things like that (me).

The design makes things a bit more crisp and minimalistic.

It's worth the download (takes about 3-4 minutes on a good broadband connection).

                        Coolio. PR is definitely faster.
