    More than 360 inmates live in what was once a gymnasium. The prison no longer has room for them — or for sports and rehabilitative programs. With inmates packed so close all day, every day, racial segregation provides one of the few sources of order.

            This shit has been like that for years. Even county jails have to use rec rooms like this.
            Tell me something i don't know. Just sayin a lawsuit waitin to happen...not sayin lawsuits haven't been filed.

            Here in Maricopa...sheriff joe and tent city have cost us around 35 million in lawsuits.
