BTW, it rained yesterday..does that count as 100% humidity?
actually, this is an issue that i've long pondered.
It has to be 100% humidity SOMEWHERE, because obviously the atmosphere could no longer contain any more water vapor. But I think that is up in the clouds, up there with jesus and the angels.
