Still waiting for your company...or do they have specific policy against you contributing to message boards.
I highly doubt they do, but I am a lot less PC here than I am in person and there in lies the problem. Ironically, I saw a fellow developer had PackerChatters book marked in Safari. Now the question is do I want to point him here and potentially blow my cover? I don't think so.

What part of "most" didn't you understand?

I wasn't implying anything about me. I worked for one startup...still around...http://www.channelintelligence.com/...fundamentally sound business plan.

But, the vast majority of tech people didn't make out well with options. Either the startups failed, prices were under water, etc.

My fault...i shouldn't expect much from someone who ends a sentence with a preposition.

Just like you shouldn't expect much from stock options if the company is dumb enough to hire you.

Ty never took stock options...ty ain't stupid. Only stock options i've ever taken are those from companies that aren't startups...the usual 15% discount.

Ty would prefer salary and invest in solid tech companies. Ty did very well with cisco, oracle, applied materials, etc.

I guess...if you wanna start with stock options...the whole thing is ridiculous as i never suggested them, never said i ever received them...etc.
