Who is the greatest olympian of all time and why. My personal choice is Carl Lewis for his longevity, but I'm not big on they olympics so I may be off base. What do you all think?

This was going to be my pick, but she didn't make it to the Olympics. In my heart, she's still the greatest...

        She rides poles.

The Olympic athlete who made the greatest political impact may have been Jesse Owens. Nazi Germany was hosting the Olympics with Adolf Hitler boasting about the superior Aryan race.

Owens beat all those German Aryans in winning 3 gold medals.

Ya, I guess so. I have to say overall I have found limitted boner moments watching the Olympics.

I think women with good muscle tone are extremely hot. But the Olympic Athletes are SO trained that their bodies don't look feminine - no breasts or hips. A little body fat produces a softness, sensuousness.

Even in the soft core porn event, beach volleyball, I'm not getting hot and bothered. Honestly, their incredible reflexes and athleticism is so mesmerizing, I completely forget about their naughty bits. This is one female sport that is actually compelling. I guess gymnastics and tennis can also be entertaining.

I lived for about 2 years in Madison. When I received a foot injury, I had the honor of being treated by Eric Heiden's Dan--an orthopedic surgeon.
He was a very pleasant man.

After spending about 1/2 hour in the waiting room, Dr. Heiden actually apologized to me for the length of the wait! How many doctors have you had who apologized to you for a long waiting room time?
