    That's a killer looking poster!

What did you have to do to get the radio endorsement? Or did they just give you permission to use the logo?

Do you have CD distribution locally/regionally/or nationally?

    Hope the show is awesome!

Thanks Cap'n! Most of the graphics were done by moi!

93x is sponsoring the show. We have contacts within the station and we are tight with the majority of DJs and management. It's tough because its a Disney station, but we do what we can.

We're currently working on disti deals, but not too hard because or primary focus is getting on a label (and the label will take care of the crazy overhead that come with dist deals).

Thanks again Cap'n! Wish you were here and could gig with us! If you're ever in the midwest, let me know. We'll do a show swap.

        Congrats, JSR.

FYI, Fineline is the name of a fictional over-18 club in the fictional town of Genoa City, Wis., on the soap opera The Young and the Restless. But you probably didn't want to know that....

Thanks FC! Should be a rawking good time. Looks like we're also lined up to open for Buckcherry and 30 Seconds to Mars (Jared Leto's band) in the next few weeks, so I'm going to be busy.

I didn't know that little Y&R tidbit. Thanks for the info. I'll be sure the band makes reference to it during our show.

I'm not from Minne, but is this "first avenue" the first ave I hear about that has all the sweet concerts? One of my good buddies is from Eden Prarie and constently talks about all the acts that get there

"First Avenue" is down the street. The Fine Line is a different establishment--it's slicker, newer, less grungy than First Ave (The Fine Line burned down and had to be rebuilt). First Ave is a shrine in Minneapolis (has been around decades) and an awesome place to see shows because lots of big bands play in that relatively small club. It's just got a lot of character and history, got a grungy feel and a wide open stage. We've played the mainstage a few times and its always a good time. Probably will play there in fall.

You should get your buddy to come down to the CD release show. Look at me, always the marketer....

Damn there's been some good shit coming out of the twin cities lately......You guys, Skywynd, Gingerjake, Black Flood Diesel *nodsnods*

You really need to check into getting booked in/around the Eau Claire area. Get together with any/all of the 3 mentioned up there and come on over to the House Of Rock or Deweys Roadhouse.....

Hey cyberski! Thanks for the message. Yeah, there is some really good rock music coming out of this area. Throw in American Head Charge and bands like Dropping Daylight and Down And Above and you've got a really talented, active scene. It's fun, but really competitive. Just learned this morning that a really popular local band named Minus3 (who I used to work with) is breaking up. Last show Saturday. Yes, the mighty do fall (and we almost did too).

Now that our tour is revving up to support our new album, we'll be sure to hit Eau Claire. I'm from the east side of WI by La Crosse and we have to hit that area hard, build a solid fan base there. We're playing with Skywynd in September and BFD sometime very soon as they're good friends of ours. Perhaps we could try to hit EC together. I'll see if I can get that arranged. I know GingerJake plays there pretty often and we need to get over there too.

                      Sounds good.....

I see that The House Of Rock has a couple openings yet for their "Cooperfest" Aug. 4th-5th. Maybe you can swing something there?

Glad you bumped this Jack. I'm down in Roch and get up to the cities a few times a year for shows. I will try to catch you guys sometime.

Saw Metallica for the Master of Puppets show at First Ave. Saw Pantera there before Cowboys from Hell came out too. Best place to see shows just for the history.

Let me know if you plan to come to a gig Zool and we'll hook up. Would be great to see (and meet!) a fellow PackerRat in the flesh. We also need to get to Rochester and should do that sometime soon. What's the main rock station in Roch?

Incidentally, we have scheduled another show for October--

                            Black Flood Diesel
                            Perfect Enemy
                            Down And Above
                            Nothing Static.

Great bands. Will be an awesome show. I'll keep you locals posted. Hope to see you in the scene.

Umm.."Rock" station(s) in Roch do not exist. If its not classic rock, it doesnt get airplay here. Thusly I go to the cities for shows.

Russian Circles came here to play a show a couple months ago and they were told to get off stage because everyone was leaving the bar.
