Oh please.. Listen to Obama speak outside of a script and he doesn't sound at all intelligent. It's called he's a reasonably smart black guy. Unfortunately, the way the world works is if you meet a quota and are even average in the grand scheme of things, the quota meeting will push you above and beyond anyones wildest expectations.

Like i've said repeatedly..there are two sides to this. Should i state that Obama said not to open the closed portion of the settlement. Which Ryan said was hypocritical.
