Oh, it's not based on their race, just the way they drive. Without regard for anyone else's life. Not all black people are dangerous drivers, but a vast majority of dangerous drivers I encounter are black people. I would have said poor black people, but that would be elitist.

I'm in Encinitas right now.....it appears that the biggest traffic hazard is the bicyclists, who can't seem to travel singly or in pairs.....there has to be at least 25-30 traveling in a group and messing up traffic.

I can attest to this. The 405 is no joke.

I strictly stayed on the 101 during my visit and found it quite wonderful. I don't think I saw one Mexican. Except for the bums in Santa Barbara anyway, but they didn;t have cars.
