I really wanted to meet Harvey, then I did. Now I'm just being careful what I wish for from now on.

falco is most definately on tarlam's list.Originally posted by falcofalco is glad he's not on tarlam's list
Falco is namely one of the most entertaining posters on this forum. Tarlam! loves Falco's posts. He just finds it odd that an American would use a dead Austrian musician not named Mozart as his web name.
Although, any intellectual will tell you Mozart was NOT Austrian.
Knowing that can win one a LOT of beers at bars where they take on bets....

OK, I'll bite. I once spent a week in Salzburg and couldn't take a piss without seeing a memorial to the guy.Originally posted by Tarlam!Although, any intellectual will tell you Mozart was NOT Austrian.

Here's your beer.....
After lunch the players lounged about the hotel patio watching the surf fling white plumes high against the darkening sky. Clouds were piling up in the west… Vince Lombardi frowned.

Indeed! You are correct! Mozart was a Salzburger! When he was born, Salzburg was an independant principality ruled by a Prince-Bishop. Not a part of the Austrian Empire.Originally posted by HowardRoarkOK, I'll bite. I once spent a week in Salzburg and couldn't take a piss without seeing a memorial to the guy.
Of course, today Salzburg is Austria! But not when Mozart was born. His official nationality is Salzburger much to the chagrin of austrians everywhere.
You can even win beers with this bet in Salzburg! I have!!

falco was a brilliant artist, both in terms of his music and his presentation - though most in the states only know him for a song or two. a genius who died too young.Originally posted by Tarlam!falco is most definately on tarlam's list.Originally posted by falcofalco is glad he's not on tarlam's list

After meeting Madtown last year, he looked more Italian than Mexican to me. IMO, he is a dead ringer for New England's linebacker Tedy Bruschi.Originally posted by MadtownPackerI would like to meet anyone who is White or Black or Other then Hispanic.
Sorry Mateo but I see Mexicans all day every day starting when I look into the mirror.
Madtown, I bet if you went up to a number of young white women and used a fake Italian accent with words like "amore" they would melt like butter in your arms!

The only time I miss seeing Mexicans is when I'm finally not around 'em. I thought when I moved I would have missed the neighborhood with the tables and chairs and empty beer cans on the lawn...now I pretty much live in a gated community...and I hate the fact noone stops by and knocks on our door at 9 in the morning selling tamales or shrimp cocktails.
But I know what you mean Madtown...I still think it's not a good idea if we meet..because you and I would probably end up in jail.
I guess I'd want to meet TexasBackerPacker just to tell him he's a Buzzkill..but he'd still probably cover his ears and keep repeating "mow my lawn....mow my lawn...mow my lawn..liberal scum."
Patler, Bretsky, or the Creepy Rat...The hottie Packer fan on here...I'd be down to meet everyone...in a bar somewhere...where I'd walk in and everyone would crowd around and rub my head like when Danny Noonan won the Caddy Championship...then I'd tell TexasBackerPacker to STFU and throw in some more chicken wings.

I've already done that. But then again I have told girls I was gay and wondered how it would feel to sleep with a woman for the first time.
