    Wow, so what's up? Are they not making good, inspirational movies anymore? Most recent is 2004 and then a drop off to 8 years ago.

    Shame they don't have foreign films on that list. Ikiru isn't happy, feel-good inspirational, but if you want a movie that could inspire you to change your life, that's the movie.

      Sheesh 1993 was an inspirational year.
      70% of the Earth is covered by water. The rest is covered by Al Harris.

            One of my favorite inspirational ones is Cry Freedom.

            Has Denzel Washington as Stephen Biko (S. African fighter vs. apartheid) and Kevin Kline as Donald Woods (newspaper editor who ended up leaving SA because of his stance against apartheid).
