nah, I'm old but spry. I upgraded my modem from 300 baud to 1200 baud, so it should be zipping along.
Uhhhh, just after I posted, pages started loading fast again, guess it is intermitent. But I have noticed things get sluggish lately.Comment

That was a joke. back when modems first came out, they used term "baud" for "bits per second." They started at 300 baud. Then a couple years later 1200 seemed fast. So now dial-up modems are 56000 baud.Originally posted by hurleyfan
