Do you have black eyes? When you run your finger down the sides of your nose, is there a bump on one side? Is it still symmetrical? Perhaps try asking the doctor and getting an x-ray?

Put some ice on it. There's not much they do for a broken nose anyway(aside from straightening and tape).....and some women find that 'crooked' look sexy.

Why do men hate doctors so? Either see your Ear, Nose and Throat specialist or if you're having problems breathing through it, go to the ER or walk-in clinic.

X-ray wouldn't be of much use diagnostically. The cartilage (which is what would be broken) doesn't show up very well on an x-ray.
