After three pretty sluggish years at the softball diamond, I have finally found my power stroke this season. 13 home runs this season in 14 games played, with well over .400 average.
I don't mean to sound like Partial, but man have I been struggling at the dish. I switched batting stances, shortened my swing, and kept my eye on the ball all the way through the swing.
I also like my new team, I am playing with guys about 6-8 years older than me, and they keep me relaxed.Comment

Had tickets to Coldplay last night at Alpine but got the stomach flu from my son and sat home puking all yesterday.

I went geocaching* today. It's combining hiking with GPS navigation to find stuff. We went out in the woods and the first new person I met was a Packer fan. That's the second time I've been kinda out in the middle of nowhere and met Pack fans. First time was on a mountain in Colorado.

Get the tickets for both the Cleveland (pre-season) and Cowboy game in November.
