Ty doesn't have a mortage. Ty moved to scottsdale from Florida at the height of the market. Ty's friends all chided him for not buying a home.

Ty said no way. Market way overinflated..4 bed, 2 bath, 1700 sq. ft. starter homes in worst parts of sdale were going for 325K...2 years earlier at 175K. Condo conversions of college apartments...250K for 800 sq. ft.

But, Ty..."home ownership is the best value." Ty's acquatainces apparently never heard of NYC. LOL
