Decent pirated software is getting harder and harder to find. Since most video encoding/authoring software out there sucks dirty monkey balls and "the man" has bought up every free reliable conversion tool that used to be out there, I really need to make sure something works before I pay real money for it.

You wouldn't have these problems if you bought a Mac.

Handbrake will work for the encoding. It's a free piece of software built around the FFMpeg platform (I'm pretty sure). I use it to rip DVDs and convert them into H264 compressed vids. It can do a bunch of crap.

I don't know anything about cutting video.

Kids Halloween Party today
I've been losing weight and reflecting more on the meaningful things in life
Saw a couple college buddies last night and had Fish as the famous Fireside out of Fort Atkinson
