I've seen a couple of episodes of 'Dog Whisperer,' thus I'm an expert. The sneezing is masking an anxiety disorder. Try putting a small mirror in the pane of glass so that the dog can see himself. The sneezing will stop immediately. ^^

Actually, she has allergies. Every now and again she goes into fits attacking her feet too. It's quite amusing and would probably get me a free t-shirt on America's Funniest Animals.
