So I take the trash out last night around 8:45, and I hear what sounds like a gas leak coming from my neighbors garage across the alley. I smell LPG and hear this hissing so I walk over to investigate....and it's some guy hiding behind his trash cans huffing on a propane bottle....hard. The fucker doesn't even bat an eye when I ask him to stop and get the fuck gone. So I call the cops and 10 minutes later they are cuffing him and hauling him off. He told me he was released from Jail that same day.

I don't envy you! I moved from a house to duplex and drug everything with me. Then back to a house (with not a lot of storage) and drug everything there again! I think they call that INSANITY! Now trying to do the downsizing you are now doing. Good to do it right away....good for you! Good luck with your move.

I told my kids my next move was going to be to a condo where I didn't have to worry about any of the outside upkeep. My daughter got tears in her eyes (yeah, the sensitive one) and said she always wants this house to come home to. Told her she best get a damn good job and hire someone for me to keep up with things! haha

Exactly. To keep this place, I'd need a landscaper and a maid. I'm hoping to take in a decent amount when I have the mother of all yard sales because there will be a lot of furniture for sale. Along with a ton of other stuff...

We had a productive day today! Cleaned the gutters, cut the grass (mulched the leaves or whatever you call it), washed the patio furniture and put it away for winter, sprayed down the front portch and cleaned out 2 flower beds. Pooped. That condo living is sounding good Zig!

Suppose I should put up the outdoor x-mas decorations while it's still decent weather.
