As you can see from our scaled friend above, a snake's wake is zig zagged, not uniform like a boat like the picture in the story. I would also think that if I were in a helicopter, as the photographer claims to have been, and saw a fucking 100 foot long snake, I would get a little closer for a few more pictures.

His shadows are on the wrong side in the first one. Seriously though, less than ten minutes and the most basic of photoshop's filters gets what I think is just as good a picture as the one posted in the story. I guess I need to find some "locals" to back-up the great 7th Hole Water Beast and I can get an AOL news story too.
