Define "assault." Because a lot of people misuse the word to describe rifles that are black and scarey when they have no other education about firearms to rely on so they make ignorant assumptions about the interned use of said rifle with sociopolitical adjectives like "assault."

1. Unfortunately nutz. He knows wrestling, which gives him the ability to win 98% of fights against the rest of us by simply being able to knock us down, land on top of us, and well, by then the fight is all but over. Apparently, training for years in sexually questionable unitards has it's benefits.

2. nutz does't fight fair to start with, so your question is invalid. He will, for instance, blind side you with a a karate chop to the liver when you're just trying to hand him a lighter and looking the other way. Or knock your chair over backwards in a strip club. For instance.

3. Well, nutz does become morose and immoble when you combine the right foods and alcohol, so I suppose it could. I just don't know if Tarlam would be ungentlemanly enough to attack nutz while he rolled around on the ground complaining about the half a bucket of KFC he just ate in under 5 minutes.

The basic facts of the case have hardly changed from day 1. Skinnerman loaded his handgun and stalked a "suspicious" black teen as he walked across many blocks. He ignored requests from 911 operator to backoff.

There was a scuffle that is impossible to understand, ending with Skinnerman shooting the kid.

I doubt there will be any conviction. Skinnerman is at best a reckless moron. Same as it ever was.

Have you looked into the DPMS Panther? The .308 is in the $900-$1000 range. Bunch of different builds out there, but this one caught my eye while I was rifle shopping:

FN SCAR would be my choice.

There is like a 1200.00 dollar difference in price. The FN is a great gun, would love one, but I ain't got that kind of jack.

Now that we are back on guns, I am at a pass, should I buy a .223 or a .308? The .308 would double as a big game hunting rifle while the .223 ammo is cheaper. If I bought the .308 I could sell my browning BAR, it is old and has some issues and needs replacing now before I can't get anything for it. I am also of the faith that you should never sell a BAR.
