Yeah but he's giving you the finger...I mean tail.Originally posted by Deputy Nutz View Postran over a squirrel yesterday, I have to admit I didn't think the Protege had enough horses to roll of that squirrel but I was way wrong on that one.
I can't run no more
With that lawless crowd
While the killers in high places
Say their prayers out loud
But they've summoned, they've summoned up
A thundercloud

So I got some bad news from my gunsmith, my Browning BAR has a severe rust problem inside the gas chamber and is turning a slow death. I am sad it was my first gun and it shot super accurate but it never cycled correctly, I bought it used and probably fucked up to begin with since nobody sells Browning BAR that shoots inch and half groups at a hundred yards with me doing the shooting. I got about one more season with it before I put her to rest, it is like your good ole' hunting dog, one last season for it before the last bullet.
Anyways good news is that I will be getting a FN .308 for Christmas this year!!! Life is good.

People claim to use .22 rifles to hone their aim, but that's code for a woman's weapon. That being said, it's probably what you're looking for. My wife uses the sig522 and really likes it. Slap a $20 holosight on top, and you're good to go. They run about $350. It's the one on the bottom in this pic and is modeled to look just like the .223, which is pictured above it:

There's no reason you should spend more than $400 on a .22 rifle. If you want to look like you play modern warfare a lot, you can get a gsg for about the same price with the fake suppressor:

Otherwise there's a shitload of wooden stock rifles and AR/AK platform copies. They're all very simple operation, so unless you buy a total piece of shit from the homeless guy in your back yard, they're pretty reliable. Personally, I would recommend starting with a Marlin with a tube for less than $200: http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/p...ducts_id/41693
