I couldn't sleep last night. So I thought of a secret compartment to keep the handguns safe and close at hand. I'm halfway done. All I need is a nice thin sturdy 15x34" slab of wood and some foam and I'll be able to shoot people much more effectively at night. I think all that high level work at Butler has really paid off.

I am really happy for you. I just recently purchased can food items for my retreat, because Target of all places had a sale on the Chef Borardi. Have to find a website where I can buy MREs on the cheap. Gander Mountain wants like 8 or 9 bucks for a meal.

Those are tough right now. Increased demand in Japan and elsewhere hit by disaster and relieved with our foreign aide. Some Jap half a world away gets them for free on your dollar. Speaking of the retreat, you should schedule something. I've got some water purification stuff I'd like to try out and a big can of 10 1 cup servings of freeze dried lasagna I wanted to sample. Here's the brand, they also sell larger packages:

You should be. I did such a fine job, my wife thought the modified item came that way and she just didn't know about it these past 15 years. She then expressed her disbelief that I came up with the idea myself, much less at 2 in the morning.
