Right. Then because you raised them so well and they are so smart from staying in school that they move on the other side of the globe (Brisbane, AU) to work on their Master's and then Doctorate and, if your lucky, you will see them every other year.

My daughter turned 16 today.

I also have a boy, 14 1/2.

They're both cool people. Both sexes have things going for and against 'em from a parental POV.
