I think Sheep is doing a happy dance because he thinks his campaign to get his nemesis banned has borne fruit.

"even-handedness" is kinda rich because, correct me if I'm wrong, isn't sheepshead generally considered to be an even bigger dick than partial? :P

Sheepshead and PArital are both OK with me, and besides, I think that Parital should be treated leniently under a seperate juvenile justice system.
