The kids in my class think I'm crazy half of the time. In the middle of reading time, I'll just start having laughing fit over one of my cartoons. I don't know whether they're laughing at me for laughing, or they're laughing at me for reading Time Magizine. Screw it, let them listen to their rap music, because they Have to know what Chamillionaire does when he gets high and gets crazy with his ho's.

While I like to think that I keep up on all genres of music except country (some more than others) ....most of these rappers I have never ever heard of before. It's always an artist featuring so and so and so and so and so and so....

Pimping all over the world was Ludacris, featuring a bunch of other people. To me, all rap music sounds the same. Nigger this, Nigger that, Booze, Drugs, Whores, Grillz, Bling, Gangs, Cars, and Pimps. The Music Videos are all the same too. You have the Rapper in a Yankee hat, with his homie in the back smoking a joint and blowing the smoke so everybody can see it. Then you have the girl with the big boobs who starts dancing around and shaking her ass, then you see a zoom on the ass, and then it goes in slow motion. Then you see the rapper, with what seems to be, the entire population of Compton behind him, with his car next to him. Then he shows his grills and then it ends.

How enticing.

Rap Music describes "an Inner Culture" that is wrong/evil, an insult to all people of Afro - American decent. To deem it an insult to these decent folk that want to be considered as equals, real contributing members of a decent society, is an understatement.

Today I sit here fully realizing that alot of good/decent people are victims in some manner of the realty and disgrace of RAP Music. I do choose to disassociate from it . . yet I'm it's victim. It's all about a money grab and that sickens me.

I despise the theme's conveyed by Rap music. Yet alot of what we endure in OUR society today sickens me.

Do we live in a world gone Mad? A world that challenge's us not to be victims?

I try to deal with that challenge by speaking out. . not laying on my side like a dieing trout.

King; Percy Sledge,Seal; BB King; John Lee Hooker; Albert King; Guy Davis; Buddy Guy; Billy Holiday (there was a real struggle), Roberta Flack; Tina Turner and I could go on and on. . .all wonderfully accomplished musical artists.

Down with RAP Music. . .It's EVIL SHIT !!
