Caught on tape and nothing was done? So a guy can be charged with indecent exposure for urinating in public but they didn't arrest this guy for yankin his chain in public? He should have been charged and the head librarian....or whatever she's called....should have been charged with accessory after the fact for allowing the scumbag back in the place. ....and right across from the children's room...disgusting!

We had a young fella arrested in Ottawa urinating on the National War Memorial.

Here's how pissed drunk he was. He claimed he didn't even know, where he was relieving himself, and the Public generally believed him.

He likely got a token fine.

A few years back they had this very same problem in the libraries in the Twin Cities and all the librarians were getting all kinds of defensive saying it's their (the perverts) rights to be able to view that shit right next to kids.
