speaking of "God working in Mysterious Ways". a coworker of mine was let go last year. he decided to go back to school to be an ultrasound tech. during one of the classes a lab partner is scanning his neck and finds lumps on (some organ in your neck, i don't remember). has to have them removed because they could be cancer. but would have been way to small to detect otherwise. a month or so later he asks his wife to come in to be a scan patient. one of the students finds a couple of cysts on her overies. again, wouldn't have known unless they did the ultra sound on her.Originally posted by Kiwon
we were talking about this and talked about how upset he was when he was let go. how there were a few others more deserving of the pink slip. after these two episodes, he sent a thank you letter to our boss.Comment
