I've got houses in LA, Hawaii, Vail and Paris, with a seventy inch plasma screen in each one of them. So I suggest you wipe that friggin' smile off your face before I bite it off. I'm looking to use my plasma tv as a monitor for my laptop. the only outputs on my laptop is a S-video and vga (or svga i don't know how to tell the diff). my tv does not have a vga/svga, but does have S-video. I noticed that when i connect via the s-video output the picture is not nearly as clear and crisp as it looks on my laptops monitor. any suggestions on how to get a better picture? I cannot make hardware changes to the laptop, since it is a work computer.

This is why I wouldn't recommend a laptop without a HDMI output. Not all laptops have them yet, but they should.
