The only thing that really bothers me in the forum that I'd like to see tweaked is the following scenario:

When a topic has more than 4 pages and I'm trying to catch up with the last couple pages, the pages are displayed as 1|2|3|...|14. If I know I last read page 9, I have to go to page 14, then go back to page 9. It would be nice for the page displays to be something closer to 1|2|3|...|12|13|14. That would at least make it easier to find the last couple pages of a good conversation.
No longer the member of any fan clubs. I'm tired of jinxing players out of the league and into obscurity.

If you click this image: next to the thread title, it'll take you to the 1st unread post.

That issue had me for a long time too, until I clicked by accident one day.

I would also like a link at the bottom of the thread that would take you back to the main page. I know its kinda picky but I don't like to click the top button then the forum button.

          Wonderful. Thanks.

Apparently this forum's format has a lot of hidden non-instinctive features...

If you click the "Quick Navigation" button next to the top button, you can select any part of the forum including settings and your personal page where it will take you. No need to click the top button.

Don't know if that helps or not, I usually use the top button myself, more out of habit than anything.

I use that after you pointed it out to me, but it would still be nice to have the 'current location' hierarchy displayed at the bottom. With the Quick Navigation, it gives you a drop down list with more options, and you don't always want to see all the options.

+1 on that, it would especially be useful on game day threads.

Sometimes when I join the game late, or leave for a while, I want to go almost to the end. I like to read a page or so back to get some context to the discussion, but not read everything I've missed.

Look at the url and change it to the page you want. It's easier in this forum than the old one, because in the old one you had to multiply to get to the right post.

Tx, I like that. Just punch in the desired page.

I never thought of looking up there because as you said, on the old forum you had to multiply, and know how many posts/page you were set up for. Let's see, I want page 19, 40 posts per page is...a screw it *click* *click* *click* *click* *click* *click* *click* *click* *click* *click* *click* *click* *click* *click*

agree; it's just as easy to scroll to top as it is using naviagation page

I don't know what list this should be on, but I got a question.

I've sent 5-6 PM's, but nothing appears in my "sent" folder.

Has anyone got PM's from me?

Also, how do you know when you've got msg's?

I haven't. When you have a message, the word "notifications" in the top navigation bar turns white(ish).

Go to your inbox. Scroll down to the settings section on the left side panel. Click "edit settings", then scroll down in the body section to "Private Messages" settings. You can select to be notified by email, and/or by popup box, and then you can select to save sent messages. The default is not to keep them.

Also, on my screen, the notification drop down menu on the very top right of the screen changes color, and I have it sent to pop up a notification that I have a PM.
