Typical scenario we've seen:

Hefner comes out and denies he has had other women.
Another women comes out claiming to have had a relationship with him.
Then a few others make the same claim.
Hefner, with great embarrassment, admits to failings of the flesh.
Hefner goes to rehab for sexual addiction.

Somehow, I doubt this will follow that well-known scenario!!!
