I'm not doctor, but I believe that a) it's far too solidified to be drained and b) draining only serves to greatly increase the rate of infection. Thus, unless something is in danger, they want to let it resolve itself.

You can't have it drained, you have to have it removed. Been there.

So did you have it removed or did you suffer the extra weight? Have you told me this before? It's hard to believe we haven't discussed this topic.

Yes, but it was from my youth and it gave me a huge nutsack. See the moral of the story is don't walk infront of a pitching machine when the light is blinking. Damage to the testicles and then I grew a huge protective shield over the testicle. I had it removed when I was 20 and they put a drainage tube and bag in my nutsack threw the skin of my adomen. The worst part is when they pulled the drainage tube out of me. I have impressed many.
