    Police say the girl told officers her father and stepmother had kept her confined to the basement for years and had starved her and even forced her to eat her feces.

    The couple was arrested Friday on suspicion of child abuse and neglect, and a judge set their bail Tuesday at $20,000 each, the Wisconsin State Journal reported.

      He doesn't belong in jail. He belongs in a room with many large men holding baseball bats. If he lives, you can jail him.
