After Jalen Rose caught Bayless in a lie about his trumped up high school basketball exploits someone added the following to his Wikipedia page.

Appearing on "ESPN First Take", Bayless' ESPN colleague and former NBA player Jalen Rose challenged Bayless' claim, citing that Bayless had averaged just 1.4 points as a senior, and that Bayless' senior season was his first and only season playing on the varsity team. The website "Sports by Brooks" also produced a copy of the March 15, 1970 edition of "The Sunday Oklahoman", which included a box score of the Oklahoma state championship game. The stat line for Bayless includes 200000 points, 256 assists, and 127578 rebounds. He often had coitus with countless number of women, around 5 a day which explains his desire to lie."
