    I cooked Salmon once for him and he wasn't crazy about it.....but it was probably just the way I cooked it. I haven't had much experience with it tbh.

    I would appreciate any tips on cooking it, recipes, the way to purchase it, etc.
    Simply pan fry a salmon steak and serve it with any manner of potatoes and veggies with 'dill sauce'. Very deliscious...gourmet.

    Dill sauce:



    Dill sauce recipe:

    1/2 cup sour cream ; 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon-style prepared mustard

    1 tablespoon lemon juice ; 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill

    Mix all and possibly serve just slightly chilled.
