Because I don't throw anything out--I finally decided to clean out the email inbox that I was using when I was doing the webpage and found all of the old emails about articles and such. I couldn't delete them even though I don't always remember who all of them are.

And now I've been sitting here for however long trying to remember what my twitter password is...

PR is the only place for me. There is something about (dysfunctional) family that's very sentimental and heart-warming.

Haha, I got your message and tried to reply multiple times but it was the only DM twitter kept giving me an error message on. Didn't want you to think I was ignoring you... my msg was that I would buy PackerRats if Mad can't afford to pay the hosting fee

Had an internship last week with no internetaccess so when seeing the site offline during the weekend, I thought it was done. I must admit it felt somewhat bad.

I need to do more internships.

After lunch the players lounged about the hotel patio watching the surf fling white plumes high against the darkening sky. Clouds were piling up in the west… Vince Lombardi frowned.

I'm not ready to have conversations with real people. Too risky. And my goldfish is a Denver fan.

Downtime only served to point out my addiction too keenly.

First I was thinking "Maybe Mad is sick of our whiny complaining and isn't going to keep shelling out 50 bucks a year just so we can make his life miserable."

Then I was thinking "Maybe Mad lost us in the vast spaces of the Interweb, like in the movie Tron, and he is searching for us but wicked adbots are chasing him and he needs our help."

Then I was thinking "The site will probably be down for a few days due to some technical glitch and it will come back and everybody will be like 'where did you go, man?'

Just to be safe I should update my e-mail for you, Mad, and we should have some kind of secret code for you to write on our monitors from within the grid before the wicked adbots can erase your code. Maybe something like "Get the F^*% off of Maxim and download "MadTown" before I kick your ass!" would be a good secret phrase.
Holy smokes Swede that's an awesome post. You have no pride man but compensate that with loads of imagination.

I was distraught; 'near panicked', dizzy with grief and imagining various scenarios of Packerrats disasters over the near two days that it was down. The cost of that downtime will be high.

Mae and I have to replace the carpet. Having worn down a path from the HD TV to the puter over the many times I tried to LINK Packerrats with frustration and howls of pain as success eluded me. My hair is thinner scrathin' my head, wondering how to make some contact to determine where Packerrats had gone. My face is all scratched and my teeth worn down.

On a brighter note. I didn't eat during that downtime so I feel slimmer.

Maybe. Was it for that article about the 1996 Packer team and the playoff chase in 2007?

Not sure I still have exchange filed anywhere.

Entirely forgot about Bretsky's suggestion, the emails associated with the Fantasy Leagues. Good point.

Seems to have gone down again for me this am and back five minutes ago. Only Woody posted in that window. Maybe Mad is Woody.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

I probably need to follow you back for that to work.

I'm fricken' well 'locked on'. This is the most exciting time of the NFL off season for me and sets up the draft.

I guess it is not so much that the site is down as it is that our browsers get pointed to servers that are not carrying the site.

                                Is that about it?
[QUOTE=George Cumby] ...every draft (Ted) would pick a solid, dependable, smart, athletically limited linebacker...the guy who isn't doing drugs, going to strip bars, knocking around his girlfriend or making any plays of game changing significance.
