        i'd vote them one of the dumbest cities that decided to tear up all its freeways all at once. damned idiots!!! driving thru downtown looks like beruit!

            Cleveland shocked me the last time I was there. They revitalized their downtown and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame has given them a tourist industry many cities would be jealous of. It's no longer deserving of the Bob Uecker rain delay jokes anymore.

              Funny, I thought it was the bar on every corner. Did anyone else notice that this study came out on the same day as Partial turns 21, Coincidence? Hmmm.
