someone should create a poll asking how old they are. Obviously alot don't like to say how old they are for various reasons. I'm just curious as to what the average age of posters are in here.

Maybe the poll could go something like this:

    13-17
    18-21
    22-25
    --------------
etc...like an age bracket for every 3-4 years.

Perhaps do it by decade? Teens, twenties, up to old fart?

or get creative like ...... "Not alive for the Ice Bowl, but at least I was of legal drinking age when the Pack won SB 32!" That would cover most of the 30 somethings....

or "Was already getting drunk when the Packers were winning titles not yet considered the SB" would cover the old farts

I like the idea. I think it would be interesting to see the difference in perspective of diffrent age groups.
Doughnuts, is there anything they can't do?

Man, It would of been great to live through the Lombardi years. The 80s.....not so much.

The 80s were a blast....except for Packer football.

The TV slogan "agony of defeat" was one Packer fans felt all too often.

Oh maaan.... That slogan brings back memories.... Everytime I saw that skier go sailing through the air, I cringed. I can see it in my mind right now.... <shudder> Thanks for that memory....

Thanks, RG, I had thankfully blocked that image out of my head as well. It's a wonder that skier didn't get killed much less injured.

                        Retail,
I keep getting reminded by kids of how ancient I am on a regular basis.

I suppose it's all the "back when I was your age.." lectures I give them.

I swear to you I JUST used the phrase, when I was your age...

Damn. Kids don't know who Lassie is anymore.

I just saw an interview with adult "Timmy" saying he was ticked as a child star that he couldn't join Boy Scouts.....so they let him for like a month or something.

Yeah, I saw that last night. He mentioned the jokes kids would say to him at school like "Hey Timmy, where's your bone?".

Weird on how they got their schoolwork in. 20 minutes of school, then work for a few hours, another 20 minutes of school....
