My sister often does this as the entertainer she is. She performs a skit at a party where she uses her arms/hands and it's always some person who plays the straight fella/gal. She has always had a special talent for comedy and the dramatic arts. I 've seen her do this and at times laughed so hard I thought I or someone else in attendance would croak from laughing so hard - much.
